A Poem I Wrote

I hope this causes satan pain and strife
That my name is written in the lambs book of life
Written in Jesus’ blood not ink
So I will praise the Lord no matter what you think
I once was held by satans power
Until Jesus saved me in that blessed hour
In a town in Mississippi called Picayune
It was pretty close to the hour of noon
Jesus became Lord of my life that day
Satan was kicked out he could no longer stay
He no longer rules my life but he will still try
But the holy spirit is here he says “uh uh no way bye bye”
You will serve someone every day
Choosing to serve Jesus is the best way
Everyday who to follow you must choose
If you don’t choose Jesus you will always loose
Because satan is looking for who he can devour
The only way to fight him is with holy ghost power
