The Way

Lucifer, the devil, satan, a creature of sin
Do you want to spend eternity with him?
His eternity is a burning hell
How to avoid it I will now tell
It’s a place of darkness, oh so black
Avoid it by the stripes on Jesus’ back
It is a place of indescribable heat
To keep you out nails in His hands and feet
It is a place of gnashing of teeth
Unbearable pain with no relief
On the road to death three times He fell
Beaten so badly to keep you from hell
Dead and buried on that day
Satan laughed at God in a horrible way
For three days satan thought he had won
But in one powerful second
Jesus the resurrected Son
He arose! He is alive!
Satan is defeated
All you have to do now is believe it
Satan’s eternity is now sealed
And once YOU die there is no appeal
So accept Jesus Christ as Lord
Believe in His work on the cross
Deny Him and spend eternity forever lost
All the pain and suffering Jesus went through
Was to keep you from hell
Because He truly loves you
Now decide which way will YOU choose
Jesus you win
Satan you lose
